Since the acquisition earlier this year, our mission has been to transform Texas Precision Plating into the region’s premier partner for high-specification metal finishing. To achieve this, we have initiated a significant capital investment strategy focused on three core pillars: Infrastructure, Technology, and People.

A "Bottom-Up" Culture of Quality

Quality at Texas Precision Plating is no longer just a department; it is our workflow. By integrating risk-based thinking and aerospace-grade documentation into every level of our staff training, we ensure that excellence is baked into every component we finish.

The Road to Gold-Standard Certification

We are currently executing a disciplined roadmap to secure the industry’s most rigorous quality designations. These certifications aren’t just badges on our wall; they are a promise of total process control and transparency for our partners.

ISO 9001:2015 & AS9100: We are currently on track to finalize these certifications by the end of Q2 2026.
Nadcap Accreditation: Our roadmap concludes with full Nadcap status by the end of Q4 2026, positioning us as a Tier-1 capable supplier for the aerospace sector.

Operational Upgrades Already Underway

The transformation is already yielding results. We have modernized our plating lines and waste treatment systems, implemented advanced laboratory testing for chemistry analysis, and launched an intensive workforce development program.Our core production lines—including Passivation, Sulfuric Anodizing, and Nickel, Gold, and Silver Plating—are already operating at or above AS9100 standards, earning provisional approvals from several industry leaders.
